La Madone Granduca (84 cm × 55 cm) est une peinture de l'artiste de la renaissance italienne Raphael. Il a probablement été peint en 1505, peu après l'arrivée de Raphaël à Florence. L'influence de Leonardo da Vinci, dont il a appris à y connaître les œuvres, se voit dans l'utilisation de sfumato. La peinture appartenait à Ferdinand III, Grand-duc de Toscane, de qui elle a obtenu son nom. Il est maintenant dans le Palazzo Pitti, Florence.
